Camden Film Quarter is a new UK film and high-end television production campus in London, centred around a modern studio environment comprising sound stages, production offices and supporting infrastructure, designed to meet growing demand for flexible, centrally located production space.
Conceived as a next generation creative hub, the scheme extends beyond the core studio to incorporate a wider mixed-use ecosystem. This includes two education facilities for the National Film and Television School and London Screen Academy, the Beehive creative office campus, orchestral provision, production support accommodation, food and beverage and a curated public interface experience designed to demystify the industry. Phase 1 also includes the delivery of over 500 homes, in partnership with Places for People, embedding the studio within a vibrant, mixed-use urban quarter.
The project is being advanced by Oxygen Studios in partnership with Yoo Capital, combining institutional development capability with specialist studio expertise to establish a distinctive production destination within London’s creative core.
